Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service below:

General Terms

- My work is not available to be trained by AI under any circumstances.- I have the right to decline any commissions that are out of my range or make me uncomfortable.- I will not accept any commissions that contain hateful or derogatory elements towards a person's race, religion, gender, sex, or sexual orientation.- By commissioning a work containing explicit content, you agree that you are above or at the age of 18.- Reposting commissions is allowed as long as I am credited. Works will also be posted on my accounts or portfolio with the commissioner's permission.- A rough outline will be provided before starting the commission to ensure it meets expectations. Changes can be made during this stage. Any changes after this stage may lead to extra fees.- Any requested changes to the final product may lead to an extra fee dependent on the size and difficulty of said changes.- If I go over the agreed upon wordcount of my own volition, you are not required to pay an additional fee.

Payment | Refunds

- Basic pricing is $5 for every 1k words.- Payment will be in USD, payed either through my Ko-Fi or a Paypal invoice.- Payment will be required before I begin the commission. This will be done after the outline is confirmed.- Refunds are available if I cannot complete the work before the confirmed due date.

Deadlines

- Commissions at 2k words or less are expected to be finished within two weeks or less after payment is accepted. Commissions around 5k are expected to be finished within a month. Anything higher will be discussed with the client prior to accepting.- Commissions are done in chronological order. Extra fees may be charged based on how soon the client wants the finished piece and the commission's expected length.- Finished works can be sent as a PDF or other Word document through Ko-Fi, Google Drive, email or other socials.

Basic pricing is listed on my Ko-Fi ($5 for every 1k words). However there may be additional charges based on certain factors such as:NSFW Content
This can include smut, dead dove, and other such acts. Commissions including heavy NSFW content will cost an additional $10 (will not apply for light/implied content).Rush Notice
If you want a commission finished earlier than expected there may be extra charges based on the expected word count and how soon the piece needs to be finished. This can cost anywhere between $5-30 and will be discussed with the client prior to starting.
